Facilitating Start Up

During 2007-08 a new project will be launched providing targeted help to encourage under represented groups to start their own business.

This will include women, the long-term unemployed and ethnic minority groups. A corporate enterprise initiative will also operate to develop innovative ways to help individuals embark on their own business venture.
