Remuneration Committee

The Remuneration Committee is a Standing Committee of the Agency’s Board, which carries out the detailed examination of the following specific areas of the Agency’s activities on behalf of the Board:

• Considering and approving recommendations relating to the terms and conditions of employment of the Chief Executive and Management Team appointed at Directors level (or equivalent)
• Advise the Board on the Agency’s broad framework of executive remuneration
• Consider and determine on behalf of both the Sponsor Department and the Board the entire individual remuneration packages for the Chief Executive and the Directors
• To consider and determine the terms and conditions of service of the Executive Directors
