Onsite North East

Onsite North East is a joint venture business between One North East and Langtree Developments. Langtree is a national private property investment and development business expert in property management and development.

One North East transferred its development land portfolio with a value of £25 million into Onsite North East which manages, develops and invests the land portfolio and encourages new property activity.

Onsite North East is tasked with encouraging the development of the partnership’s extensive property portfolio. The portfolio itself extends to some 1,000 acres in 23 sites located as far as Berwick-upon-Tweed in the north and Teeside in the south.
