North East Property Partnership

North East Property Partnership was formed in April 2004 and is a limited partnership between One North East and UK Land Estates. The partnership was the first of its kind in the UK. North East Property Partnership (which trades as Buildings for Business) has been a great success for the regional economy.

Buildings for Business has an extensive property portfolio. The partnership holds and manages the investment portfolio and through disposals will inject substantial resources to regenerate properties and estates.
