NERIF P

The North East Regional Investment Fund Partner Limited (NERIF P) is a company wholly owned by One North East. NERIF P has two main responsibilities:

• It is a limited partner in the North East Seed Capital Fund Two LP, trading as ‘NEL Growth Fund’ and is custodian of the ERDF Objective 2 Funding Programme 2002/2006 and One North East Monies invested in that fund; and

• It operates separately the North East Investment (Transitional) 2009 Fund, trading as the ‘Evolve Mezzanine Fund’ and is the custodian of the One North East monies invested in that fund.

NERIF P has its own independent Board and a full range of secretariat services are provided by the Extended Enterprise team at One North East.
