NERIF 3

North East Regional Investment Fund Three Limited (NERIF 3) is a company wholly owned by One North East. The main responsibility of NERIF 3 is to operate the NERIF 3 Fund and the NERIF 3B Fund and to act as custodian of the ERDF Objective 2 Funding Programme 2002/2006 and the One North East monies invested in each of those funds.

The management of funds is undertaken by NERIF 3’s appointed independent fund manager – NEL Fund Managers Limited. At present the funds are fully invested and the investments are being realised.

NERIF 3 has its own independent Board and a full range of secretariat services are provided by the Extended Enterprise team at One North East.
