Investors in Excellence
Investors in Excellence (IiE) is a mark of achievement that allows organisations to demonstrate their performance against the Excellence Model. IiE is demanding and cannot be achieved without meeting a defined standard against each criterion of the Excellence Model. In each case there is a set of indicators and for each indicator the applicant must provide evidence of achievement and covers all key areas including leadership, people and customer results.
Who is Investors in Excellence for?
Investors in Excellence is a pioneering programme which drives improved performance and results in all types of organisations. IiE guides organisations to a standard of all-round performance. Because the Standard deals with every aspect of an organisation, IiE recognition provides extremely powerful evidence of an organisation's capabilities and performance.
One North East regained the Investors in Excellence standard in November 2009 following initial achievement of the award in 2006.
