E-Business Incubator, Aycliffe Industrial Park, Newton Aycliffe

One North East has invested around £4m to develop an e-business incubation and managed office facility on the popular Aycliffe Industrial Park, just off junction 59 of the A1M, to the south of Newton Aycliffe.

Completed in September 2005, the facility offers high-specification accommodation in a variety of sizes from individual workstation areas through to secure 725 ft2 office suites, with a full range of business, IT and administration support.

The development has been designed to the highest standards with full broadband connectivity. The accommodation is split over two floors with two wings at 90° based around a central core housing communal facilities. It also incorporates appropriate levels of car parking and soft landscaping, and has achieved a BREEAM rating of 'Excellent'.

The Agency has now entered into a formal agreement with specialist managed office space developer Evans EasySpace who will manage and the market the development under the banner of 'Evans Incubation Centre'.
