Corporate Resources Committee

The Corporate Resources Committee is a Standing Committee of the Agency’s Board, which carries out the detailed examination of the following specific areas of the Agency’s activities on behalf of the Board:

• To review the Agency’s internal policies and procedures including scrutinising the Corporate Plan, budgets and the Scheme of Delegations
• To consider major personnel and accommodation issues
• To monitor performance and management issues
• To monitor the Agency’s use of Special Purpose Vehicles including companies requiring consent under Section 5 of the Regional Development Agencies Act and to oversee the activities of all the Agency’s operations including Special Purpose Vehicles and Overseas Offices
