One NorthEast will work with private sector partners to add to our portfolio of high quality business premises, with public investment focused on addressing low market demand and market failure.

We will develop a strategic approach to business incubator and workspace investment, identifying gaps and working with the private sector to address these.

A business case will be developed to consider establishing a public/private partnership to deal with the management of the Agency’s retained portfolio of development sites.
