BROADBAND FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPING A SALES STRATEGY? GLOSSARY
CAN I USE MY PHONE / FAX WHILST USING THE INTERNET?
One of the advantages of broadband to business is that it allows you to use both your telephone and your internet connection at the same time. If you are connecting to broadband via a telephone line, you will need to plug a filter (sometimes known as a splitter) into all phone sockets that are used on the premises.

Remember, some fax machines can’t be used at the same time as your internet connection – you will need to check with the retailer before you purchase.
